Review a training certificate before import
A status should be backed by the right person, course and certification.

Check identity and scope
Match full name, training type, date, duration, trainer, mine or contractor and any required certification language. A document from another site might establish one training category but not local hazard awareness.
Preserve the source
Store a readable copy and an audit entry showing who entered or verified it. If a paper record is ambiguous, mark it for review rather than filling gaps from assumptions.
In practice
A roster from February 16 is useful evidence to inspect, but a bare attendance name is not automatically a complete certified Part 46 record.
