Each company operates inside its own tenant boundary. Server-enforced data policies scope supported records to the signed-in user's company, assigned sites and authorized role.

Mine-Pro combines company isolation, controlled employee enrollment, role-based authority, protected offline workflows and traceable history. Those controls help reduce accidental exposure and preserve accountability without promising that software alone eliminates risk.

Controlled employee enrollment
New company workspaces use administrator-controlled invitations. Previously enabled company access codes remain available only where configured; administrators assign roles and sites.
Role-based authority
Permissions distinguish owners, superintendents, supervisors and operators so operational authority is not implied by basic account access.
Protected offline work
Supported field workflows use authorized-device access, local encryption and controlled synchronization so crews can keep working through service interruptions.
Traceable history
Authoritative timestamps, signed-in identity, record numbers, correction history and audit events help leadership reconstruct what happened and when.
Existing billing
Existing billing is handled through Stripe. Online purchases are currently unavailable. Mine-Pro does not collect or store card numbers in its application database.
Security is a shared operating responsibility.
Mine-Pro provides technical controls and accountable workflows. Company administrators control who receives the employee invitations and any previously enabled access codes, along with roles, site assignments, device access, employment status and operating practices. Strong security depends on keeping those decisions current.
