Lead with open conditions
List active hazards, equipment held out of service, unfinished corrective actions and route changes. Identify the area and equipment, not only the person who reported it.
Reconcile figures separately
Present production by material and site, then note estimates awaiting scale confirmation. Keep workday and timestamp context so overnight shifts are attributed to the intended mine date.
