Mine-Pro platform
Mine inspections and workplace examinations
Keep machine checks and working-place examinations distinct, traceable and searchable.
For safety leads and supervisors
Two different records
An operator's pre-shift inspection documents a particular machine, its meter reading and defects. A designated competent person's working-place examination documents areas and adverse conditions. Mine-Pro keeps these record types separate so leadership can see the origin of each observation.
Follow a condition through closure
Defects and hazards need a location or unit, a reporter, a time and a follow-up. A machine can be held Not Active while a superintendent reviews service return. A workplace condition can be linked to the date of corrective action for later retrieval.
Find the original record
Review by site, day and equipment instead of scrolling through an unbounded feed. Inspectors and staff still need the actual examination or inspection record, not only a summary tile.
In the field
Record the north haul road and active loading bench separately, then tie each observed condition to its correction date.
