Production
Estimate production lost to downtime

Use the relevant baseline
Multiply an observed tons-per-hour rate by the productive hours actually lost. A loader stoppage may stop a fleet; a single truck outage may only reduce part of capacity.
Distinguish estimate from actual
Recovered production later in the shift can offset apparent lost tons. Label any result as an estimate and compare the final report to the baseline before using it commercially.
In practice
At a demonstrated 360 tons/hour, 50 minutes of full-fleet downtime represents about 300 estimated tons of capacity.
