Mine-Pro platform
Mine production tracking
Connect loads, truck payload, material categories and site targets to a reviewed daily total.
For production managers and owners
Start with source loads
Operators enter haul loads and closing equipment hours. Where measured tonnage is available, use the actual value; where it is not, clearly label the configured per-load estimate. The supervisor reviews the site total rather than asking each driver to submit an official production report.
Keep material categories clear
Sand, waste and other material should be attributed separately. A daily report ties numbers to site and work date, and a Monday-through-Sunday view makes weekly billable sand comparable across operating sites.
Make targets useful
Compare monthly target with actual and remaining operating time. When a target is missed, equipment downtime and weather explain more than a red percentage alone.
In the field
A 100,000-ton target with 60,000 already credited and four full-day equivalents left requires 10,000 tons per equivalent day.
