Mine-Pro platform
Mine equipment and defect records
Track condition, hours, downtime and accountable return-to-service decisions.
For superintendents and equipment leads
Know the unit's state
A simple Active or Not Active status keeps the dispatch question clear. A Not Active state needs the reason, source and start time, while maintenance work and authorized return to service retain their own history.
Reconcile hours
Opening and closing hour-meter readings from the shift support utilization and service planning. Flag impossible sequences for correction with an audit trail rather than silently rewriting a record.
Work across sites
Equipment and trained employees may move between mine sites. The record should show where a unit worked that day while retaining its stable unit identity across assignments.
In the field
Start 1,242.6 and end 1,251.1 yields 8.5 hours; an end of 1,151.1 needs review, not a negative utilization figure.
