Sand mining operations

Track moved material, saleable sand, waste, trucks and stockpiles without mixing the measures.

For sand mine crews and leadership

Follow the material

Excavation and haulage move material, while screening and stockpiling can produce a different saleable quantity. Define whether a daily number represents trucked material, processed material or contract-billable sand.

Use actual weights when available

A per-load tonnage is useful for estimates; scale data should replace the estimate for the specific load when verified. Reconcile corrections into daily and Monday-through-Sunday weekly views.

Review each site

Different mine targets need separate pace views. Owners can see consolidated weekly sand totals while a superintendent retains the operational explanation for each site's daily result.

In the field

Ten thousand tons hauled is not automatically ten thousand tons billable sand; use measured saleable output where the contract requires it.
